A NEW HEART (PART 2)

 

 Hello Kings and quins,

 I definitely missed you guys. This week I want to kick off from where I stopped last week, we were talking about ‘A NEW HEART’ and we discussed a few points to help better the new man in Christ

LET’S GO! …

6.BUILD QUALITY CONVICTIONS (Romans 6:6), (Romans 6:10-12), (Hebrew 5:12-13)

It is very necessary as a believer that you have the right foundation, I mean it’s a very wise decision to believe in someone but even wiser is to know why you do because that helps you build solid roots. If you believe the right way you are like a seed sown in the right soil, growing in the right conditions. As your roots grow deeper and you grow stronger, it becomes harder to move you. You must go back to the basic; know why you believe what you believe and why you follow who you follow. You have been so aware of the truth because times come when you mustn’t only decipher between what is right or wrong but also what is right and nearly right. You must not only know what is black or white but also what is grey. Not all lawful things are in line with God’s plan for you.

Stop driving on manual and move to automatic. As a believer, the holy spirit wants to help bring you up to code. When you put up walls of doctrines and dogma you can’t function at the frequency he wants you to function at, he can’t upgrade your physical experience, heart and/or your mind to the level at which it ought to be.  Be ready to learn, unlearn and re-learn. Drop your ideologies and beliefs, and take what the word of God says.

7. TEST YOUR NEW HEART WITH THE WORD

You could desire growth so much that you begin to miss the essence of your relationship with him, growth is necessary, and growth is good but when you begin to go to God for knowledge for the sake of bragging rights, or for material things so you can in quote ‘’show forth the goodness of God’’ you need to check your intentions, Test everything that comes in be it from a preacher to a scholar by the word. There is a difference between suspicion and discernment I’m not telling you to now get to the point where you cannot do anything without hearing God’s voice but rather take your steps based on what is in the scriptures, that is the voice of God!

8. SOW YOURSELF

Sow yourself in a Bible doing church, sow yourself in a department, sow yourself in a community of believers, sow yourself in all that is right for your specific calling and for your growth. Getting committed to church is not just for growth but for security and accountability, it is to make you a better, finer, stronger and more sturdy believer….

MY VERY FIRST HELLO

 Hello, my lovely kings and quins,          When I was younger I always took the tv remote and stacked up all my barney and Barbie dolls(yes I was one of those barbie doll kids😅). I'd start holding conferences and talking to them about God knows what, later on, I started recording little stories and podcasts on my mum's iPad.
